パーを有するピストンを有する回転ローブ空気ば
ねとそれに関連する有効面積曲線である。第4図
は負のテーパーを有する本考案の二つの部品から
成る空気ばねピストンの断面である。第5図は側
面部に著しい正のテーパーを有する本考案の多数
の部品から成る空気ばねピストンの断面である。 10,20,30……空気ばね、12,22,
32……空気不透過性の可撓膜、14,24,3
4……ピストン、16,26,36……上部保持
器、27,37……ピストンの小さな直径の末端

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 複合の二つの部品から成るピストンと、上部
    保持器と、一つの末端およびもう一つの末端を有
    する可撓性空気不透過性膜と、前記の膜は一つの
    末端で前記上部保持器に取り付けられかつもう一
    つの末端で前記複合ピストンに取り付けられ、そ
    の間に作動空洞を形成しており、前記ピストンは
    大きな直径の末端および小さな直径の末端を有す
    るテーパーを有する外部スリーブと、前記スリー
    ブの前記の大きな直径の末端内部に固定して配置
    される内部プラグとを含む回転ローブ空気ばね。 2 前記複合ピストンに固定して取り付けられか
    つ作動空洞内に伸びる下部保持器を含み、前記膜
    の前記のもう一つの末端は前記ピストンと前記上
    部保持器との間に密閉するよう配置された前記第
    1項記載の空気ばね。 3 前記上部保持器および前記複合ピストンは空
    気ばねが機能する装置に空気ばねを取り付けるの
    に適する固定手段を含む前記第1項記載の空気ば
    ね。 4 前記空気ばね用の複合の二つの部品から成る
    ピストンが、大きな直径の末端および小さな直径
    の末端を有するテーパーを有する外部スリーブと
    、 スリーブの大きな直径の末端の断面と大体相補
    的な断面を有する内部プラグとを含み、前記プラ
    グは前記の大きな直径の末端に隣接する前記スリ
    ーブ内部に固定して配置されていることを特徴と
    する前記第1項記載の空気ばね。 5 前記のテーパーを有する外部スリーブが前記
    の小さな直径の末端において閉じ、かつ前記プラ
    グを前記スリーブ内部に固定して配置した後、前
    記複合ピストンが中空ボデイーを形成するところ
    の前記第1項記載の空気ばね。 6 前記ピストンがさらにピストンを空気ばねに
    取り付けるための手段を含む前記第1項記載の空
    気ばね。 7 ピストンを取り付けるための手段はスリーブ
    の小さなまたは大きな直径の末端に隣接するスリ
    ーブの外部円周を取り囲む多数の環状の鋸歯状縁
    である前記第1項記載の空気ばね。 8 前記プラグはさらに空気ばねの柔軟な膜であ
    る密閉ビードを配置するために改造されたシヨル
    ダーを含む前記第1項記載のピストン。
