Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a safety of a unit without reducing a warm characteristic expand a warm range of heating and provide a surface-like glittering appearance by a method wherein a radiation heat of the heater is passed through a cell part while it is being reflected against a wall surface of the cell part of the honeycomb member and radiated forwardly from a cavity of the light shielding member. CONSTITUTION:Infrared ray including a visible light radiated from a hot radiation heater 7 is operated such that a part of the light is advanced straight through the cell part 8b of an aluminum hoenycomb member 8 and the other part is passed through the cell part 8b while it is being reflected against the wall surface of the cell part 8b. Then, the light is discharged forwardly from the cavity 9a arranged in the light shielding member 9. With the foregoing, the honeycomb member exposed to the cavity formed in the light shielding member shows a glittering outer appearance in a surface form, increases a warm characteristic. Since a shape of the cavity is not restricted in its manufacturing, it is possible to make a free design of a shape of the glittering and beautiful surface. It is possible to prevent a non-required radiation heat in a longitudinal direction of the heater, generate an expansion of the heat in a perpendicular direction, warm the foot from the lateral side. The fine metallic honeycomb member may guard the heater and prevent a direct contact of combustible, so that a high safety of the unit can be attained.

Function Since the electric stove of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, all the energy including visible light and infrared rays emitted from the high-temperature radiant heater passes through the honeycomb member without being absorbed, and is absorbed by the cell portion of the heater. Reflection on the wall surface (because of this, the entire surface of the honeycomb member in the cavity formed in the light shielding member shines beautifully,
While creating a beautiful pattern, the honeycomb member also acts to prevent fingers and combustible materials from coming into contact with the heater.

Since this embodiment has the above-mentioned configuration, part of the infrared rays including visible light emitted from the high-temperature radiant heater 7 travels straight through the cells 8b of the aluminum honeycomb member 8, and part of the infrared rays go straight through the cells 8b of the aluminum honeycomb member 8.
It passes through cell 8b while being reflected by the wall of cell 8b. The light is then emitted forward from a cavity 9a provided in the light shielding member 9.

Therefore, the entire cavity 9a of the aluminum honeycomb member 8 provided on the front side of the high-temperature radiant heater 7, which is not covered by the light shielding member 9, shines beautifully. Further, since the light shielding member 9 is made of a plate-shaped metal, the shape of the cavity 9a can be freely formed by press working, and various designs as shown in FIG. 5 abc are possible.

That is, while using the honeycomb member 8, which is difficult to cut other than in a straight line, it is possible to freely form a beautifully shining surface including curved parts. Furthermore, the honeycomb member 8 prevents unnecessary radiation in the longitudinal direction of the heater 7 and causes the heater 7 to spread in the perpendicular direction. In particular, in the case of an electric stove that uses the heater 7 vertically in this embodiment, it is possible to prevent the floor temperature from rising, so the effect is that the heater 7 can be lowered to near the floor and the feet can be warmed from the side. There is.
