Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an electric stove in which its whole front face shines beautifully as a plane by providing a metallic member with many holes which is placed in front of a heater and covers the heater and forming the surface of a reflector with convex and concave surfaces. CONSTITUTION:Visible light beams and infrared beams released to a reflector 6 from a high temperature radiation heater 7 do not become parallel beams but they are reflected irregularly by the convex faces of a reflector 6, and advance forward and pass through cells 8b as they are reflected at the wall face of the cells 8b in an aluminium honeycomb member 8. The visible light beams and infrared beams released forward from a high temperature radiation heater 7 pass through the cells 8b as they are reflected on the wall faces of the cell 8b in the aluminium honeycomb member 8. With this arrangement almost all of the visible light beams and infrared beams relased from the high temperature radiation heater 7 pass through the cells 8b as they are reflected on their wall faces in the aluminium honeycomb member 8, so that is shines beautifully at a portion distant from the high temperature radiation heater 7, giving warmth with its whole front face shining uniformly as a plane.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, some of the visible light and infrared rays emitted from the high-temperature radiant heater 3 are reflected by the reflector 2 on the back side, become almost parallel light rays, and exit to the front side, causing damage to the cell. It is not reflected on the wall surface and does not contribute to the shine of the metal porous member 4.

The visible light and infrared rays reflected on the cell walls are not reflected on the reflector plate 2, which is emitted directly forward from the high temperature radiant heater 3, so the cell walls near the high temperature radiant heater 3 shine brightly. There was a problem that the wall surfaces of cells located far away were less bright, and the brightness was uneven, resulting in the entire surface not shining uniformly.

Function: Since the electric stove of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, the visible light and infrared rays emitted from the high-temperature radiant heater to the reflective plate side do not become parallel rays because the reflective plate has an uneven shape, but are made of metal. Since most of the visible light and infrared rays emitted from the high-temperature radiant heater pass through the space while reflecting off the walls of the cells made of the porous member, they are reflected on the walls of the cells made of the porous metal member, making the entire surface uniformly planar. It shines beautifully.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, in the high temperature radiant heater 7 of this embodiment, a tungsten alloy is used for the heat wire 7a, or a quartz tube 7b is used for the outer tube, and an inert gas is sealed inside the heater. A 7-g heater with a line temperature of 1000°C to 150°C is used. Therefore, it is brighter than electric wire heaters used in general atmospheric conditions. It is colored almost the same color as visible light. That is, FIG. 3 shows a waveform, FIG. 4 shows a pyramidal shape, and FIG. 5 shows a plane with a hemisphere.

Since this embodiment has the above configuration, the high temperature radiant heater 7
Visible light and infrared rays emitted from the reflector 6 in the direction of the reflector 6 are diffusely reflected from the convex surface 9 of the reflector 6 without becoming parallel rays, and travel straight, while being reflected by the walls of the cells 8b of the aluminum honeycomb member 8. It passes through cell 8b.

Therefore, almost all visible light and infrared rays emitted from the high-temperature radiant heater 7 pass through the cells 8b while being reflected by the walls of the cells 8b of the aluminum honeycomb member 8, so the aluminum honeycomb member 8 is a high-temperature radiant heater. It will shine beautifully even at a distance of 7, the entire surface will shine uniformly and give a warm feeling, prevent unnecessary loss of radiant heat in the longitudinal direction of the high temperature radiant heater 7, and prevent it from spreading in the right angle direction. bring about

Further, since the surface of the reflecting plate 60 is colored in substantially the same color as visible light, the visible light emitted from the high-temperature radiant heater 7 further enhances the brightness of the reflecting plate 6, giving a warm feeling.

Further, the material of the reflector plate 6 is usually made of aluminum in order to increase the reflectance. Aluminum is soft and easily scratches. However, since the surface is uneven and visible light is diffusely reflected, scratches become noticeable and do not detract from the aesthetic appearance.
