実施例の説明
以下本発明の実施例を図面第4図・第5図を用いて説明
する。第4図の4がドーナツ状のはんだである。このド
ーナツ状のけんだ4をピン端子2に挿入してからリード
線1をピン端子2の根元に巻付ける。次にこの巻き付け
た部分をはんだ槽にてはんだディップすると、第5図の
ように、ドーナツ状のけんだ4は溶解し、巻付部はその
ままの状態ではんだ付けされて固定されるため、コイル
ボビンの端子部3とリード引出し部及び巻付部との間に

だを溶解させて、端子根元部において引出し線とコイル
ボビンとの間に空間を生じさせることにより、引出し線
にたるみをもたせることを特徴とするトランスの製造方
