Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a high quality stator of a thin resin mold motor which suppresses total height thereof, facilitates connection of winding terminal and never generates disconnection by exposing a single side of the protrusion, then integrally molding and solidifying a stator iron core, a wiring and a terminal pin with resin.
CONSTITUTION: After an insulator 1 is integrally molded to a stator iron core 2, a terminal pin 7 is inserted with pressure through a hole 8 of the protrusion part 3 to form a terminal 4a for connector and a winding terminal connecting part 4b in both sides of the protrusion 3. Thereafter, a winding 4 is wound. After the winding terminal 5 which is the winding initiation end of winding 4 is wound around a guide protrusion 6 and is then wound around the winding terminal connecting part 4b of the terminal pin 7, it is connected by the soldering completing the processing for the windings. Under this condition, the mold resin 9 is supplied in such a manner as exposing the surface of protrusion 4 in the side of connector terminal 4a to the outside to integrally mold the stator iron core 2, insulator 1, winding 4 and the surface of protrusion 3 in the side of winding terminal connecting part 4b.
