Claims (1)
- 円筒内部に多数の凸極を有する固定子と凸極面
に対向するようにコイルを有する複数の界磁鉄心
と、この界磁鉄心に磁束を流す永久磁石及び複数
の界磁鉄心を連結する円筒部材を内周に配して形
成された可動子が前記固定子内側に配置され、前
記円筒部材が非磁性円筒内側に薄い無潤滑のすべ
り軸受層をコーテイングし、可動子が固定子両側
に取付られたブラケツトに支えられた軸を軸受層
で支え、固定子に沿つて直線的に可動することを
特徴とするリニアパルスモータ。
