Claims (1)
- 複数枚の羽根よりなるロータリーバルブを備えたロータ
リーフイーダが重量検出器を介して機枠等の不動部材か
ら吊り下げられていれて、該ロータリーフィーダーの粉
粒体入口と出口とにはフレキシブル配管等を介して粉粒
体供給配管と排出配管とがロータリーフイーダと重量的
に絶縁して接続されており、かつロータリーフイーダの
ロータリーバルブの回転数を検出する回転数検出器が設
けられており、そして前記重量検出器で連続して検出し
た重量信号および前記回転数検出器で連続して検出した
回転数信号が入力され、ロータリーフイーダ内に粉粒体
が全く溜っていない状態で前記重量検出器が受ける重量
Ｗｏと、ロータリーフイーダ内に粉粒体が飢餓状態で溜
った場合の前記重量検出器が受ける重量Ｗａとからロー
タリーフイーダ内に溜っている粉粒体の重量ΔＷ＝Ｗａ
−ＷＯを求め、該粉粒体の重量ΔＷと、前記回転数検出
器で検出したロータリーパルブの単位時間当り回転数Ｒ
とから単位時間当りの粉粒体流量Ｆ＝ΔＷＸＲを求める
電気式計算システムを備えていることを特徴とする粉粒
体流量の連続計量装置。
