DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is generally used in a large number of pipes with a diameter of about 3% or less that have a heat insulation function and are used as a supply path for oil and air in automobiles, air conditioning equipment, and various other equipment and devices. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a metal tube having a relatively small diameter.

In conventional metal pipes with heat insulation and heat retention functions, single pipe members with different pipe diameters are pressure-fitted together by pulling them together, and a heat-insulating and heat-retaining coating is sandwiched between them on the pressed circumferential surface. In addition, if necessary, the inner and outer peripheral wall surfaces were further subjected to coating treatment.

However, in this manufacturing method, the processed potatoes become complicated, which inevitably reduces productivity significantly, and the intermediate heat-insulating and heat-retaining coating compressed by the above-mentioned plucking becomes partially thin and cracks occur. There was a problem that this generally resulted in deterioration of the heat insulation effect.

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems by creating a double-wound pipe structure, and by heating a coating previously applied to the surface of the material during double-wrap pipe production to layer the heat insulating layer at once. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a thin gold layered tube for heat insulation and heat retention, which is extremely effectively solved by forming the tube in layers.

The method for manufacturing a heat-insulating, heat-retaining thin metal tube according to the present invention includes coating at least one surface of a thin metal strip with a thermoplastic resin made of one or more of chlorine resin, fluorine resin, polyamide resin, and olefin resin. A film thickness of 5μ or more is applied, the thin metal strip is pressed in the width direction to form a double-wound tube, and the double-wound tube is heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin. The mutually pressed peripheral surfaces of the inner and outer walls of the strip material are bonded by an intermediate heat insulating layer that is fused by melting the coating, and
The gist is that the double-wound tube is constructed by forming a fused heat insulating layer of the coating on at least one surface of the inner and outer peripheries, and is not an idiot that is extremely easy to manufacture, but does not require post-processing after manufacturing. First, it prevents the heat insulating coating from becoming thinner.

Describing one embodiment of the present invention in detail with reference to the drawings, first, at least one surface of a thin metal strip 1 having a wall thickness of 1.0% or less is coated with chlorine resin, fluorine resin, polyamide resin, and olefin resin. A coating 2 of one or more thermoplastic resins is applied to a thickness of 5 microns, preferably 5 to 200 microns. Such a thin metal strip 1 is wound in the width direction and pressed together to form a double-wound tube, and the double-wound tube is heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin to form the strip 1. The pressed peripheral surfaces of the inner and outer walls 1', l'' of the double-wound pipe are bonded to the intermediate heat insulating layer 3 by melting the coating 2, and at least one surface of the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the double-wound pipe is It forms the fused heat insulating layer 4 of the coating 2.

As described above, by making the pipe structure particularly double-wound, the intermediate heat insulating layer 3 is fused at once by heating during double-wrap pipe making.
and the fused heat insulation M4 on the inner and outer peripheries can be formed in a step-layered manner.
This heat-insulating structure consisting of stepped layers makes the heat-insulating function even more effective, and eliminates the need for troublesome heat-insulating heat-insulating treatment that is performed separately on the surface of the peripheral wall, including the inner peripheral wall, after pipe production. Since it can be manufactured, productivity is significantly improved, and furthermore, cracks do not occur in the fused intermediate heat insulating layer due to the clamping pressure of lamination, so it can be said to be extremely useful.
