鋼管と塩化ビニール樹脂系管とを圧接し、加熱処理によ
りホットメルト系接着剤を接着して塩化ビニール樹脂系
ライニング鋼管を製造する方法が多く用いられている。

(発明が解決しようとする問題点) しかしながらホットメルト系接着剤の接着力は加熱後の

ル樹脂系管を鋼管の内径内に挿入し、引絞り加工により
塩化ビニール樹脂系管と鋼管とを圧接して塩化ビニール
樹脂系ライニング銅管を形成した後、第3図に示すよう
に塩化ビニール樹脂系ライニング鋼管1を加熱炉2内に
入れて矢印六方向に移動しつつ加熱すると、塩化ビニー
ル樹脂系ライニング鋼管1の出側の前端3の方から接着
力が生ずるため、加熱後の冷却により塩化ビニール樹脂
系ライニング胴管1が収縮するとき後端4が前端3の方
に引張られる。しかも塩化ビニール樹脂系管の線膨張係
数は鋼管に比べて約7倍と大きいため、加熱炉2から出
た後の冷却による収縮は塩化ビニール樹脂系管の方がは
るかに大きい。この結果、第4図に示すように塩化ビニ
ール樹脂系ライニング鋼管1の後端4において5鋼管5
の端面より塩化ビニール樹脂系管6の端面が内側となり
、鋼管5の後端4の内径面が露出するという問題があっ
た。このことはその部分の耐食性がなくなり塩化ビニー
ル樹脂系ライニング鋼管1の性能を失なうことになるの
で、矢印Bの位置で切断して除去しなければならない。

引き絞って、鋼管5と塩化ビニール樹脂系管6とを一体
化して塩化ビニール樹脂系ライニング鋼管lを形成する
。次に第3図に示す第4の工程において、従来例と同様
に加熱炉2内を塩化ビニール樹脂系ライニング鋼管1を
矢印へ方向に移動させ、約120℃で約3分間加熱する
。そしてホットメルト系接着剤7が溶融し、塩化ビニー
ル樹脂系ライニング鋼管1が加熱炉2を通過して外部に
排出されると、塩化ビニール樹脂系ライニング鋼管1の
端部3側から順次自然冷却されて、鋼管5と塩化ビニー
ル樹脂系管6とが接着される。
