    の燃料ペレツト１２を収納し、被覆管１１の上、
    下端に上部及び下部端栓１４ａ，１４ｂを取付け
    て密封してなる燃料要素。 (2) 内側管１５をジルコニウム、銅、ニツケル
    合金のうちの一つの金属で形成した実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第(1)項記載の燃料要素。 (3) 内側管１５を複数の分割管で形成してなる
