この発明はワンポイントカッティングが印されている医
療用アンプルに於るそのカッティング位置表示マークに

従来、ワンポイントカッティングマーク位置表示には製
造の際に塗料による焼付塗装でその位置表示を行う。こ
の場合、塗料による位置表示を行う問題点としては、薬
品を注入する以前、容器の洗浄を超音波洗浄にて行つて
いるので、この時に超音波洗浄による塗装の落ちが考え
られる。即ち、塗装による表示マークの印された医療用
アンプルが何十万本という数量で超音波洗浄槽内で洗浄
されると超音波洗浄槽内に有害物質が混入する可能性が
ある。又、医療用アンプルに微量ではあるが塗料の化学
成分の付着が考えられる。このことはとりも直さず医療
用アンプルの内壁にも付着していることを意味するもの
であり、アンプル内部に注入される薬品に有害物質とし
て混入する可能性が非常に高い。更に塗装落ちによる問
題点としてはアンプル製造時に於てのマーク表示が洗浄
時にはくりされる可能性があり、その結果、ワンポイン
トカット位置マークが不明となり緊急時での薬用アンプ
ルの開封時には開封時間が余計にかかる可能性がある。Conventionally, the one-point cutting mark position is displayed by baking paint during manufacturing. 本発明はこれらの欠点を除去する目的で発明されたもの
である。つまりワンポイントカットとは特殊鋼による特
殊なグラインダーによつてアンプルのくびれた一定の位
置にマークを印するシステムになつているのだが、それ
と同様な方法でワンポイントカッティング位置表示マー
クをアンプルの球の一部に印するものである。その結果
としてワンポイントカッティングの位置とその位置表示
マークとが理想的に印されることになる。つまり塗料に
よつて印する方法ではワンポイントカッティングの位置
とその位置マークが、塗装する装置が完全であつても印
する時に塗料が均一に塗布されないので微妙にずれると
いう欠点があつたのだが、本発明によるとそのずれもほ
ぼ完壁に克服できるものである。又、位置マーク用グラ
インダー形状を工夫することによりマーク位置表示も更
に鮮明にすることも可能である。そして、何よりも最大
の問題点として、繰り返し提起したいのは、塗装による
表示マークは化学物質で形成されており、前述の通リア
ンプルに注入する薬品との化学反応は決してさけられな
い事実である。他の化学物質による化学反応が全くない
理想的な成分を必要とする医薬品に於てはたとえ微量で
あつても考えられる危険はさけなければならない。本発
明によるワンポイントカッティング位置表示マークを使
用すれば化学物質の混入による化学反応は全く考えられ
ないし、医薬品用のアンプルとしての完全な機能を提供
