  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) Ａ ＩＣデバイスの搬送路に添つて配置し
    た下部加熱板と、 Ｂ 該下部加熱板を挟んで下部加熱板の面と平
    行に延設し、それぞれ所定ピツチでガイドピンを
    植設した左右一対のベルトと、 Ｃ 該ベルトを駆動する駆動プーリ及び従動プ
    ーリと、 Ｄ 該駆動プーリ、及びＩＣデバイスを水平方
    向搬送から自重による垂直方向滑走に案内する案
    内溝を内設したガイダーと、 から成り、該ガイダー内の案内溝の曲率半径を
    前記駆動プーリの曲率半径より大きくしてなるこ
    とを特徴とする搬送方向変換装置。 (2) 前記ガイダー内に加熱手段を内蔵したこと
