カム溝に対向して前記第2軸に径方向へ設けた貫
通孔に液密的かつ径方向へ摺動可能に組付けたプ
ランジヤと、前記貫通孔内にて前記プランジヤの
背部に設けた反力室と、油圧ポンプから吐出され
る作動油の一部を固定絞りを通して前記反力室に
付与する第1の油路と、車速の増大に応じて絞り
量を増大させる可変絞り弁を備え前記第1の油路
とリザーバとを接続する第2の油路とにより構成
