のナットに連結され、往復運動するロツドと、ロンド先
端に螺着されたフォークエンドから構成今れる電動サー
ボモータと、水力機械の流量の調整を行なうガイドベー
ンを動作させるガイドリングと、このガイドリングとブ
オークエンドを連結する連結ピンにより水力機械の水量
を調整するガイドリング操作機構に於いて、前記電動サ
ーボモータが不具合のとき、ガイドリングと電動サーボ
モータを切り放し、ガ7イドリングを強制的に閉動作さ
