動量検出値と設定値とを比較して、両値が一致し
たとき、上記螺軸６に制動力を付与するブレーキ
７を備え、このブレーキ７は、制動力を多段に設
定可能な発電ブレーキからなり、もつて、上記ピ
ストン２の摺動速度ならびに減速特性を上記ブレ
ーキ７における制動力の設定に基づいて自動制御
可能に構成したことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ
