棒部２ａを有する出力軸２を設けて、特殊電動機

は、前記ねじ棒部２ａと螺合する特殊ナツト４を
摺動自在に嵌合し、前記シリンダ本体３の先端に
環状の第１支持部材５を固着し、該第一支持部材
５内に、一端を前記特殊ナツト４に固着した円筒
上の出力ロツド６を摺動自在に貫通嵌合し、該出
力ロツド６内には、前記ねじ棒部２ａの先端に回
転自在に装着した第２支持部材８を摺動自在に嵌
合し、前記出力軸２の他方部分２ｂに、前記特殊
電動機１の外側面に装着した電磁石式ブレーキ１
０の回転部と、該ブレーキ１０に装着したエンコ
ーダ１１の回転部とをそれぞれ嵌着し、前記特殊
電動機１、電磁石式ブレーキ１０およびエンコー
ダ１１を制御装置２１に電気的に接続したことを
