Claims (1)
- 多色光を各波長ごとの光に分散する導波面型光
分散部とこの導波面型光分散部で分散された光を
導く複数の光導波路が設けられた光導波部とが一
体形成され、かつ、前記各導波路の導波面型光分
散部側の一方端は分散された光の光束中心方向に
一致し、各導波路の他方端は互いに平行になるよ
うにそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とすを光
分波器。
