解斜視図である。 １は振動板組立体、１ｂはワツシヤ、１ｃは切
欠部、１ｄは切欠部の底辺、２は磁気回路、２ａ
は上部プレート、２ｂは扇形突起、２ｃは扇形突
起の内周辺である。
斜視図、第２図は振動板組立体と磁気回路との相
互位置決め説明図、第３図は従来例の一部切欠分
解斜視図である。 １は振動板組立体、１ｂはワツシヤ、１ｃは切
欠部、１ｄは切欠部の底辺、２は磁気回路、２ａ
は上部プレート、２ｂは扇形突起、２ｃは扇形突
起の内周辺である。
Claims (1)
- 振動板組立体１のボイスコイル１ａが、磁気回
路２の磁気空隙２ｄ中に保持された構造の動電型
音響変換器において、前記振動組立体１のワツシ
ヤ１ｂ外周部にボイスコイル１ａ位置決め用の切
欠部１ｃが複数箇所、該切欠部１ｃの底辺１ｄが
基準円Ａに対しθ°傾斜した状態で基準円Ａに沿
つて設けられるとともに、前記磁気回路２の上部
プレート２ａの上面に、前記ワツシヤ１ｂの切欠
部１ｃに嵌合する扉形突起２ｂが切欠部１ｃと同
数、基準円Ｂに沿つて突設されており、該扇形突
起２ｂの円周辺２ｃは切欠部１ｃと同方向に角度
θ°の傾斜をなし、その幅ｄは切欠部１ｃの幅Ｄ
より小さく形成され、基準円Ｂの直径は基準円Ａ
の直径とほぼ同等か、もしくはわずかに大きく設
定され、本電気音響変換器組立時に切欠部１ｃの
底辺１ｄと、扇形突起２ｂの内周辺２ｃとが密着
することにより、ボイスコイル１ａと磁気空隙２
ｄとの相対位置が保持されることを特徴とする動
電型電気音響変換器。
