電気二重層キヤパシタに使用されたユニツトを拡
大して示す断面図である。第５〜６図は本考案以
外の電気二重層キヤパシタを示す図で、第５図は
本出願人が先に出願した電気二重層キヤパシタの
断面図、第６図は従来公知の電気二重層キヤパシ
