出し層を形成し、このコンデンサエレメントの陽
極リードに板状の第1の外部リード部材を溶接す
ると共に、電極引出し層に板状の第2の外部リー
ド部材を導電性接着剤を用いて接続し、かつコン
デンサエレメントの全周面を樹脂材にてモールド
被覆したものにおいて、上記第2の外部リード部
材の内端部分に突起部を形成し、その先端部を電
極引出し層に接触させたことを特徴とする固体電
