インク供給孔を設けた圧力波発生基板と、前記圧力波発
生基板と接合して前記インク供給孔とインク槽とを直接
連通ずる為のインク供給部を各キャパシティ室毎に独立
して配置したインク供給路基板と、前記圧力波発生基板
上に接合した薄板の可焼性プレートと、前記圧力波発生
室の容積変化を瞬時に生じさせるため前記圧力波発星室
に対応してそれぞれ前記可撓性プレートに取付けた矩形
状のピエゾ振動子とを含み構成したことを特徴とするマ
ルチノズル印字ヘッド。
