In general, prefabricated houses can be categorized by construction method: those built using the frame construction method using so-called one-dimensional members such as columns and beams, those constructed using the panel construction method using so-called two-dimensional members such as panels, and those constructed using unit units. It is well known that the latter two have high factory production rates and are suitable for prefabrication. Then,
The above panel construction method has advantages such as a high degree of freedom in building design (and because the panels are flat, there is no waste in stocking, transporting, etc.). Since most of the interior and exterior features can be fabricated in a factory, it has the highest factory production rate (and has the advantage of being able to construct a house by processing only the joints of the units at a construction site).

Compared to the frame construction method, this construction method has a lower degree of completion in a factory, and has disadvantages such as requiring approximately the same amount of time and effort as the framework construction method, especially when constructing interiors and exteriors and various equipment. In addition, the unit construction method described above has a low degree of freedom in building design (and is negligent, so the efficiency of inventory and transportation is poor, especially when it comes to living units, because it means storing and transporting large empty boxes. There are some places where the poor quality is even more noticeable.

Therefore, the objects of the present invention are productivity, cost efficiency, transportability,
The object of the present invention is to provide a prefabricated house that maintains the advantages of the above-mentioned pulse construction method and the above-mentioned unit construction method and eliminates the disadvantages of the painting construction method, while considering all aspects such as workability.

is fixed thereto, and on another outer side of the bathroom 21 is fixed another exterior wall panel 26 which is orthogonal to the exterior wall panel 25 and has an exterior finish. Further, on the opposite side of the exterior wall panel 25 in the bathroom 21, there is provided a partition panel 27 with an interior finish, and in the upper front of the core partition panel 27 in FIG. 29 is formed. Furthermore, a washroom entrance/exit section 30 with flooring is formed on the right side of the staircase accommodation section 29 in the drawing and in front of the top of the washroom 22 in FIG. There is a washbasin + I between the place 22 and
An entrance/exit door 31 is provided, and a partition panel 32 with interior finishing is provided. Furthermore, a partition panel 33 is fixed over the washroom 22 and an example part of the washroom entrance/exit section 30, and serves as a boundary wall with the kitchen.
A kitchen set 36 equipped with a sink 34 (plumbing equipment), a gas stove 35, etc. required for the kitchen is fixed to the lower part of the outer surface (kitchen side) of No. 3, while the upper part of the outer surface of the core partition panel 33 is , the shelf 37 and the range hood 38 are fixed. A ventilation fan (not shown) of the range hood 38 is also attached to the extended portion of the outer wall panel 25 toward the kitchen side. In addition, in FIG. 2, 39 is the floor panel of the second floor fixed to the capsule 2, and the capsule 2 also has water pipes,
Gas pipes, electrical wiring, etc. (not shown) are arranged in advance at the factory, and if necessary, a boiler (not shown) is installed in a recess formed by cutting out a part of the outer wall panel 25, for example. It can also be installed and stored at the factory.

□' (Although one embodiment of the prefabricated house of the present invention has been described above, the prefabricated house of the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment. In the case of machinery, equipment, productivity, etc., in the final case, transportation restrictions, transportation distance, etc., and in the case of construction sites, construction efficiency, etc.
The size, structure, etc. should be determined in the most efficient manner while taking safety etc. into account, and each room requiring water access such as bathrooms, washrooms, toilets, kitchens, etc. It is sufficient to remove parts other than the water transport equipment and a part of the water transport equipment, and to incorporate the stairway. Furthermore, the prefabricated house does not necessarily have to be on the second floor, and the capsule is not only provided on the first floor (it can also be provided on the second floor).Furthermore, the installation and fixing position of the capsule is limited to a part of the corner of the prefabricated house. However, if the size of the prefabricated house is not very large,
It is preferable to provide it in a part of the corner in relation to the arrangement, size, etc. of the other components of the house.

As mentioned above, in the prefabricated house of the present invention, each room that requires plumbing equipment such as a bathroom, washroom, toilet, kitchen, etc., which requires time and effort to construct on-site, can be replaced with parts other than plumbing equipment and plumbing equipment as necessary. Living rooms such as dining rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, etc., which are formed by capsules with stairs except for some of the equipment, and whose peripheral sides are mainly formed only by walls, as well as floors and roofs. Since the other building components of the house are assembled and formed one by one using the Bahroué method after the above-mentioned capsules are installed, construction on site is extremely easy, quality is improved and stabilized, and plumbing equipment can be fixed. Centralization allows for cost reduction by shortening piping and wiring routes, and also provides a high degree of freedom in designing (changing) living areas, such as making the living room larger according to the client's orders.Furthermore, as a capsule, This method has various advantages, such as not having the drawbacks of conventional unit construction methods because it only uses water submersions (JM, etc.) that are time-consuming in on-site construction.
