Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic disk which obviates the attraction between a head and disk in particular and has an excellent lubricating characteristic by using a lubricating agent contg. a perfluoroalkyl phosphate compd. for coating a magnetic medium on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Perfluoroalkyl polyether, fluorosilicone, higher fatty acid (ester, amide, etc. thereof), silicone oil, etc. are used as the lubricating agent contg. the perfluoroalkyl phosphate compd. Such lubricating agent is coated via SiO2, etc. as a protective film 3 or directly without the film 3 on the magnetic medium 2 provided on the substrate 1 such as Al alloy, anodized alumite, polyester or glass plate to form a lubricating layer 4. The layer 4 has an excellent lubricating effect and prevents the attraction of the head to the disk. Said layer is suitable for obtaining a magnetic disk device having excellent durability.

よりディスクとヘッドの吸着を防ぐことが出来る。

係数を測定することにより評価し次表の結果を得た。

クの吸着防止効果を有し磁気ディスク装置の信頼性を飛
躍的に向上出来ることが分った。
