Claims (1)
- 制御端を有し該制御端に供給される電圧が所定
の電圧範囲内にあるときその電圧に応じた周波数
にて発振するＶＣＯと、該ＶＣＯの発振周波数に
応じた周波数信号と基準周波数信号との位相差を
表わす位相差電圧を発生する位相検出手段と、前
記位相差電圧が供給され出力電圧を制御電圧とし
て前記制御端に供給するＬＰＦと、前記ＶＣＯの
発振停止を前記位相検出手段の出力電圧状態に基
づいて検出して検出信号を発生する発振停止検出
手段と、前記検出信号に応じて前記所定の電圧範
囲内の電圧を有するトリガパルスを前記制御端に
供給するトリガパルス発生手段とを含むことを特
徴とする発振回路。
