がなされるとともに、該ＩＣカードと該端末装置
との間で信号線を介してデータの伝送が行なわれ
るようにしたＩＣカード装置において、該信号線
と該電源線との間および該信号線と該接地線との
間を夫々ダイオードを介して接続し、常に、該信
号線の電位を該電源線の電位以下かつ該接地線の
電位以上に設定可能に構成したことを特徴とする
