- 多孔性セラミツオ粉末を成形焼結してなる板状
の感湿素子と、該素子の両面に外周縁部を残して
形成した電極と、前記外周縁部の少なくとも一方
面に形成した前記電極厚さｔ′より厚い厚さｔを
有する樹脂またはガラス層を具備したことを特徴
とする湿度センサ。
