Claims (1)
- ＮｉＯまたはＮｉＯを主成分とする薄膜の熱電
材料をプラスチツクフイルム基板上に設け、この
熱電材料の両端にホツトジヤンクシヨン部および
コールドジヤンクシヨン部を形成する電極をそれ
ぞれ接続するとともに、かかる熱電材料および電
極を有するプラスチツクフイルム基板を複数枚積
層し、各プラスチツクフイルム基板上の熱電材料
が直列接続されるように、各電極をスルーホール
を通じて接続したことを特徴とする光熱検出器。
