Abstract

PURPOSE:To attenuate gear noise generated from a reduction gear at the time of driving of a motor, by organizing the primary step of the reduction gear consisting of the several steps of gear tooth rows, to be replaced with a belt drive system. CONSTITUTION:Torque is generated by motor sections 1-8, and a gear is driven by a belt 15 between a motor pulley 9 and the primary gear tooth 10, and the speed is reduced by gear tooth rows 10-13, and specified torque is generated. In this manner, mechanical noise generated from a reduction gear at the time of driving can be attenuated replacing the primary step for gear tooth drive system of the reduction gear with the step for a belt drive system.

を低減させることを実現している。

機の初段をベルト伝動に置きかえた構成としだので、そ
れにより、モータの駆動時に減速機から生じるギヤ音を
低減さ騒、同時にモータ部の電機子軸に側圧がかかる為
、軸と軸受から生じるクリアランスノイズも低減できる
という優れた効果が得られる。
