流モータ、４は固定子枠、６は電機子、８はシャフト、
９は平歯車、１１は遊星歯車、１４及び１１４は中間ブ
ラケット、１４ａ及び１１４ａはインロ一部、１５，１
９及び２２はベアリング、１６は支持ピン、１７はフラ
ンジ、１８は出力回転軸、２０は貫通孔、２５は内歯々
車集合体、２６は歯部、２７はアモルファス鋼帯、２８
はフランジ部である。尚、図中同一符号は同二又は相当
