Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the attachment of a heat exchanging pipe and to improve the heat exchanging efficiency by providing the heat exchanging pipe in the burning chamber separately and independently from a jacket type heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanging pipe 2 is spirally wound and contained in the burning chamber 1, and its ends 2a, 2b are led out of refractory material 3 at the bottom of the burning chamber 1 to be connected with a circulation pipe 6 which is connected to a bathtub 5 to a form a forced circulation type bath boiler when a circulation pump 7 is incorporated. The heat exchanging pipe 2 is fitted in a groove which is spirally formed in the circumferential direction on the inner surface of the burning chamber 1 so as to tightly contact the inner surface of the burning chamber 1 so that the rate of heat transmission with a heat exchanger 9 on the outer surface may be maximized. The burner 10 is attached at an angle relative to the radial direction of the burning chamber 1 in order to blow the flame in the circumferential direction of the burning chamber 1. Because of this, the flame is caused to turn in the burning chamber 1 to maximize the heat transmission to the heat exchanger 9 and heat exchanging pipe 2.

The burner 10 is installed in the combustion chamber 1 so that the burner 10 is inclined obliquely from the radial direction of the combustion chamber 1 so that the burner 10 injects the flame along the circumferential direction of the combustion chamber 1, as shown in FIG. can be installed. This allows the flame to swirl within the combustion chamber 1, increasing the amount of heat transferred to the heat exchanger 9 and the heat exchange pipe 2. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, in order to more reliably rotate the flame (indicated by arrows), the heat exchange pipe 2 is provided with fins 11 that protrude in the radial direction of the combustion chamber. The fins 11 also function as a heat exchanger for increasing the amount of heat transferred from the combustion gas flame into the heat exchange pipe 2.

The small heat exchanger 12 is connected by piping to the heat exchanger 9' on the outer circumferential surface of the combustion chamber 1, and the water supplied to the small heat exchanger 12 is sent to the heat exchanger 9' on the outer circumferential surface of the combustion chamber 1'. Either the hot water is tapped from the heat exchanger 9' or the heat exchangers 9' and 12 are piped independently from each other. The small heat exchanger 12 has a fitting 13 fixed to its upper end as shown in FIG. 7, and the fitting 13 is hooked onto the heat exchanger 9' on the outer peripheral surface of the combustion chamber 1' as shown in FIG. Fix it.
