Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the coefficient of heat transfer without increasing the resistance of gas flow unnecessarily, by employing such an arrangement that inside baffles for guiding combustion gas to flow at the central portion of a flue are held in contact with the inner wall surface of the body of a water heating boiler at their peripheral portion. CONSTITUTION:An inside baffle 13 having a substantially V-shaped cross section at its peripheral portion, which is located above an outside baffle 12 and formed with an opening 14 at its central portion, is held in contact with the inner wall surface of the main body 1 of a water heating boiler. Therefore, combustion gas passed through the space formed between the outside baffle 12 and the inner wall surface of the main body 1 heats the inside baffle 13, and after passing through the opening 14 of the inside baffle 13, flows along the outer circumference of the outside baffle 13 located above the inside baffle 13. Since the swirl of combustion gas is produced at U-shaped sections 19, heat possessed by the combustion gas can be transmitted more efficiently to the inner wall of the main body 1 via the inside baffles 13.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve all of the above objects, the hot water boiler of the present invention has a flue provided in the main body with all baffles, so that the combustion gas meanderes alternately through the peripheral wall of the flue and one peripheral wall in the center. The entire outer periphery of the inner baffle that regulates the flow of combustion gas through the center of the exchanger is in contact with the inner wall of the main body, allowing all of the heat in the combustion gas to be transferred from the inner baffle to the inner wall of the main body. By creating a vortex flow of combustion gas on the inner wall of the main body on the upper surface of the inner baffle, the heat in the combustion gas is further efficiently transferred to the inner wall of the main body, and a hot water boiler with excellent heat exchange efficiency can be obtained.

The high-temperature combustion gas generated by combustion in the burner section 6 flows through the flue 2 through the action of the outer baffle 12 and the inner baffle 13.
It snakes around the circumferential wall of the flue 2 and the circumferential wall of the central part 1, exchanges heat with water in the water chamber 11 inside the main body 1, and is discharged from the upper part of the main body 1. Since the outer baffle 12 provided in the flue 2 is closed at the center, the combustion gas flowing in the flue 2 heats the inner wall of the main body 1 when it passes through the entire outer circumference of the outer baffle 12.

It has an opening 14 in the center located above the outer bakful 12 with 6 pages.
an inner baffle 13 having a substantially U-shaped outer peripheral cross section;
is in contact with the inner wall of the main body 1, so the outer baffle 1
The combustion gas that has completely passed between the inner wall of the main body 1 and the inner wall of the main body 1 heats the inner baffle 13, passes through the opening 14 of the inner baffle 13, and then reaches the outer baffle 12 provided above the inner baffle 13.
flows along the outer periphery of the Since the entire outer periphery cross section of the inner baffle 13 is configured in a substantially U-shape, when the combustion gas flows along the outer periphery of the outer baffle 12 via the opening 14 of the inner baffle 13, the U-shaped portion 19 A vortex is generated, which can further heat the inner backflush 13 and transmit it to the inner wall of the main body 1.

As described above, according to the hot water boiler of this embodiment, the combustion gas generated by combustion in the burner section 6 in the main body 1 is removed by the outer buckle 12 provided in the flue 2 and the opening 14 in the center. When the water in the water chamber 11 in the main body 1 is heated by the action of the inner baffle 13 whose outer peripheral cross section is approximately U-shaped, the inner baffle By bringing the outer periphery of the baffle 7 basing 13 into contact with the inner wall of the main body 1, the heat of the inner baffle 13 heated by the combustion gas is transmitted to the entire inner wall of the main body 1, that is, the water chamber 11, and the water can be efficiently heated. can.

Furthermore, by configuring the outer peripheral cross section of the inner baffle 13 in a substantially U-shape, the combustion gas flowing in the flue 2 generates a vortex flow in the U-shaped portion 19, so that heat in the combustion gas is transferred to the inner baffle 13. By heating, the inner wall of the main body 1 can be heated with a total efficiency of 3[<<. In addition, in order to increase the residence time of combustion gas in the flue 2 and increase heat exchange efficiency, the inner baffle 1
