移動可能に収容された掲磁性体の球弁６とを備え
、上記弁座５には、該弁座に対して球弁が着座し
た位置において該球弁の上下流側を互に連通する
スロツト或は凹穴状の小流路８が形成され、また
弁箱の外周を取巻いて固設された永久磁石１０及
び電磁コイル９と、電気的信号に応じて該電磁コ
イルを活性化する電磁回路とを備えてなるガス流

た永久磁石１０が該電磁コイルの上流側に固設さ
