    源端子と前記複数の内部回路とを接続するための複数の
    方向性結合素子と、前記複数の内部回路の各々に個々に
    試験用の電源を供給するための複数の試験用電源端子と
    を含むことを特徴とする試験用電源端子付集積回路。
