    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 自転車の中間部にほぼ垂直に設けた中心パイ７：８と一
    体に前半フレームＡを形成し、中心バイブ８の上方に設
    けた上部中心バイブ９と、中心パイプ８の下方に設けた
    下部中心バイブ１０を含んで後半フレームＢを形成し、
    これらの前半フレームＡと後半フレームｈとを中心パイ
    プ８．　９．　１０を軸として折り畳み自在にした折り
    畳み自転車において、バツクホーク１４の上端部を、上
    部中心バイブ９と一体の立パイプ１３に突設した台座１
    ９に回動自在に軸着し、バツクホーク１４の下端部を、
    下部中心バイブ１０と一体のチェンステー１１のバック
    爪２２にカラー２３を介して回動自在に軸着したことを
    特徴とする折り畳み自転車のパツクホーク。
