Abstract

PURPOSE:To build a strip footing without using forms, by a method wherein, after foundation blocks, each of which is formed in the sectional shape of a foundation shape, has openings, through which concrete is poured and which are formed in an upper surface, and a hollow part having an anchor bolt and bars contained therein, are built in tandem form with each other, concrete is placed. CONSTITUTION:A foundation block 1 is constituted such that it has a sectional shape formed in a foundation shape, openings 4 and 5 are provided in a hollow base body 2, an anchor bolt 6 is previously disposed in a hollow part 3, and reinforcing bars 7 are contained therein. Further, a base body 2 consists of a footing part 10 and a rise part 11, the footing part 10 has a bottom plate 14, sides 15, and an upper surface, and the rise part 11 has side plates 11 and an upper surface 17 having the openings 4 and 5 formed therein. After the foundation blocks 1 are disposed in tandem form with each other, concrete is poured in the hollow part 3 through the openings 4 and 5 to construct a strip footing which has high precision and excellent quality and is firm.

Conventionally, to form a cloth foundation, a formwork was formed and concrete was poured, but forming the formwork required various materials and the form-setting work was time-consuming. This resulted in increased costs and poor work efficiency. Furthermore, in such foundations, the anchor bolts cannot be positioned accurately, resulting in variations in their positions, and when the positions are corrected by chiseling or the like, the strength of the foundation is reduced.

Alternatively, leave the opening 5 and cover it with a cover plate, 33, 34, and keep the connecting part airtight using a sealant, etc., and then pressurize and feed concrete from one opening 4 or 5 to create a hollow. By filling the inside of the portion 3, the cloth foundation A can be formed with high precision and efficiency. Incidentally, the concrete may simply be poured, in which case the other openings 4.5 can be opened. Further, in that case, it is also possible to omit the bolt hole 29 or the connecting block 42.
