Recently, there has been a shortage of reinforcing steel workers and carpenters in the construction industry.
The workforce is aging significantly, and Japan is having difficulty securing skilled workers. Furthermore, at construction sites for condominiums and the like, the work space on each floor is becoming narrower as structures become taller. Therefore, as in the past, carrying in concrete forms, reinforcing bars, batting materials, and other necessary materials and tools for each floor, and carrying out the formwork, batting materials, etc. again after construction is a labor shortage, and the work space is limited. The current situation is that we are under pressure to make some improvements.

Therefore, the present invention was invented in view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and its purpose is to mold a prefabricated unit in which the formwork and reinforcing bars are fixed together via a spacing member in a factory, and then to construct the formwork unit. Formwork work can be completed with the simple task of transporting the formwork to the site and lining it up.Moreover, after the concrete has hardened, it can be used as a base material for the interior of the building wall without removing the formwork, making it possible to use it as a base material for the interior of the building wall, unlike conventional methods. There is no need to carry in the parts, then remove the frame, or carry out the formwork, and there is no need to attach or remove the batten material, which can greatly save labor.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a formwork unit according to the present invention;
FIG. 7 shows the formwork unit with some formwork panels removed. Figure 6 shows the reinforcing bar unit before the formwork panels are attached. That is, the reinforcing bars 4 and 5 assembled in a vertical and horizontal lattice pattern are fixed to spacing members 6 and 6' formed at intervals of the formwork by spot welding or the like to form a reinforcing bar unit. In this case, it is preferable that the spacing members 6, 6' be flat bases having angularly bent ends. Formwork panels 2 are attached to the front and back surfaces of the reinforcing bar unit 3 thus formed to complete one formwork unit. To fix the formwork panel to the reinforcing bar unit, as shown in FIG. 4, screw holes 8 are provided in the spacing member 6, and the formwork panel 2 is fixed with screws 10. Further, the vertical reinforcements 4 and the horizontal reinforcements 5 have projecting vertical reinforcements 4' and 5' of an appropriate length that project above and on one side of the formwork panel 2, and the projecting vertical reinforcements 4',
5' are abutted against the vertical reinforcements 4 or lateral reinforcements 5 of an adjacent formwork unit, respectively, and the abutted portions are fixed by known fixing means such as welding (see FIGS. 3, 5, and 6).

In this way, one formwork unit is completed, which can be produced in large quantities at a factory, reducing costs, and this formwork unit is transported to the site and arranged one after another. The formwork construction is completed with just a few simple steps, and unlike conventional methods, the formwork unit does not require the use of batten materials, and the formwork unit itself is self-sustaining, and is designed to withstand lateral pressure during concrete pouring. It was designed in In addition, as means for carrying in the formwork unit and making it independent, it may be fixed in advance to reinforcing bars protruding from the floor surface via metal fittings, etc., or it may be fixed with anchor bolts. It may be fixed to the floor using hardware.

Next, a method of connecting the formwork units that are sequentially brought in to the site with adjacent formwork units will be explained. FIG. 5 is a sectional view showing the left and right connecting portions of the form panel, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view showing the upper and lower connecting portions. In other words, the left and right connecting parts of the formwork panels are 1
The L-shaped metal fittings 7 attached to adjacent formwork units are fixed by welding or the like through the two flat spaces 6', and further fixed with screws 10 in screw holes 8 formed in the L-shaped metal fittings 7. Similarly, for the upper and lower joints, as shown in Figure 3, a panel mounting member 7' is welded to the spacing member 6' of the form panel fixed to the reinforcing bars by spot welding, etc. A screw 10 is screwed into the provided hole 8'. In this case, it is best to use tapping screws.

Formwork constructed in this way (see Figure 7)
The walls of the building are constructed by pouring concrete, but after the concrete has hardened, the formwork is used as a base material for the interior material of the wall without removing the frame. Therefore, after concrete is poured, all the screws 10 exposed on the formwork panel surface are removed before the concrete is completely hardened. For this reason, the formwork panel 2 is made of a material that has a high concrete adhesion effect. Many such formwork panels are commercially available, including those whose surfaces have been subjected to non-slip spray treatment and those whose surfaces have been provided with uneven grooves.

Further, if a hanging ring 11 for hanging by a crane or the like is provided in advance on the reinforcing bar 4' projecting above the formwork panel, work efficiency can be further improved.

As explained above, according to the present invention, formwork units containing reinforcing bars can be mass-produced at a factory, which reduces costs. There is no need to carry the formwork in and assemble it, and since the formwork can be used as a base material for interior materials, there is no need to remove the formwork, and there is no need to remove and carry out the formwork, so each component can be easily assembled at the site. There is no confusion caused by scattered parts, and there is no chance of falling parts causing injury or death to passersby. Furthermore, since the framing work is significantly reduced, it has many advantages, such as not requiring skilled workers such as reinforcing bar workers and carpenters.
