Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 画素が２次元に配列された固体撮像素子と、該固体撮像
    素子の各水平ライン毎に設けられた黒レベル出力画素と
    、該黒レベル出力画素の出力信号が与えられて所望期間
    保持するサンプルホールド回路とを備え、サンプルホー
    ルド回路の出力によって画素数以上の期間をもつ黒レベ
    ル信号を形成することを特徴とする固体撮像装置。
