Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本装置は地経糸に紙箔経を混整して織成する帯地織物用
に供するものであって、かかる織物の製織に於て模様部
分は紙箔経の組織するに伴い同経は弾力性がないため引
張られて筬打の際内側れするのみならず、地組織部分に
於ては同経は逆に弛緩して織面を不良ならしめる欠点が
ある。
本考案はかかる欠点を除去して紙箔経による良好な紋織
物の製織を可能ならしめる装置を構成しようとするもの
である。
本考案は数本乃至適数の紙箔経受杆１を一定間隔毎に水
平状に並列配置し、その下方に於て教本乃至適数の揺れ
止杆２を一定間隔毎に該受杆と千鳥状かつ平行状に並列
配置し、該受杆１上に配置した該箔経３に逆Ｕ又は逆■
状金属線条重錘４をかけ、その両脚を揺れ止杆２に挟入
保持させてなるものである。
図中ａはフレーム、ｂは受杆１の支承板、Ｃは揺れ止杆
２の支承板、ｄは取付具で織機のフレーム又はこれに取
付けた補助フレームに取付ける。
上記受杆１はローラーを使用してもよい。
本考案は上記の構造より威るから、紙箔経３が地の組織
に際し弛緩するときは同経は重錘４により下方に牽かれ
て張力を付与せられ、又紋部分の組織に際しては同経の
起伏が大きいため張力が強く、従って重錘によりこれを
抑えて張力を調整し、かくして織前に於て同経は均等に
張力を付与せられるのみならず、重錘は揺れ止杆でその
揺れを防止せられ、以て良好な紙箔経紋織物を製織しう
る便益がある。

第１図は斜面図、第２図要部断面図である。 １・・・・・・紙箔経受杆、２・・・・・・揺れ止杆、
３・・・・・・紙箔経、４・・・・・・重錘。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 数本乃至適数の紙箔経受杆を一定間隔毎に水平状に配列
    配置腰その下方に於て数本乃至適数の揺れ止杆を一定間
    隔毎に同受杆と千鳥状かつ平行状に並列配置し、而して
    受杆上に配置した紙箔経に逆Ｕ又は逆Ｖ状金属線条重錘
    をかけ、その両脚を揺れ止杆に挟入保持させてなる紙箔
    経用抑え装置。
