Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the rigidity as well as the soundproofing effect of flat sections and lighten the weight of the same sections by a method wherein the flat plate sections, forming respective surfaces of the cleaner case, are formed by synthetic resin plates and metallic reinforcing plates, which are formed integrally with the synthetic resin plates so as to be buried into the synthetic resin plates. CONSTITUTION:The cleaner case 17 is made of synthetic resin and a partitioning plate 18 is formed integrally in the case at the half way of the fore and rear direction thereof to divide it into fore and rear cleaner cases 20, 21. The partitioning plate 18 is formed with a communicating port 22 while an element 16 is provided so as to cover the same port 22. In this case, the flat plate sections 30, forming respective surfaces of the fore case 20, are formed by the synthetic resin plates 28 and the metallic reinforcing plates 29 buried into the resin plates 28. The reinforcing plates 29 are made of perforated metals having a multitude of circular holes and are provided independently in every flat plate sections 30. The resin plates 28 and the reinforcing plates 29 are formed integrally. According to this method, the rigidity of the flat plate section 30 may be improved and improvement of soundproofing effect as well as lightening of the weight of the same section 30 may be achieved.
