Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a perfect non-leak type leak free stirrer for a high temp. and high pressure use, by using a magnet coupling to realize such a state that the rotary shaft of a motor is connected to the shaft of a stirring blade through a partition plate. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate barrel 12 is provided to the upper part of a stirring tank 1 in a communicated state and a motor chamber 3 is provided to the upper part of the intermediate barrel 2 through a partition plate 4 as well as parmanent magnets 12, 18 are arranged in the motor chamber 3 and the intermediate barrel 2 at predetermined intervals in opposed relationship so as to interpose the partition plate 4 therebetween while the permanent magnet 12 in the motor chamber 3 is attached to the shaft 6 of the motor 5 provided in the motor chamber 3 and the permanent magnet 13 in the intermediate barrel 2 is supported by the upper end of the shaft 14 of the stirring blade 13 supported in the intermediate barrel 2. By this constitution, the shaft 6 of the motor 5 is connected to the shaft 14 of the stirring blade 13 by a magnet coupling. As a result, perfect non-leak operation can be performed and, even if a noxious fluid is used, safety to organism and safety from the aspect of fire prevention are achieved. 導設した冷却水管26の水冷コイル27を、ならびにそ
の位置の中間胴2外周に水冷ジャケット27’を夫々配
