導体基板を用□ いて構成された本考案に係る液晶ディ
スプレイ装置の一例に於ける１画素を形成する部分及び
その周囲部分の断面を示す図、及び、斯かる部分に於け
る半導体基板内部のポテンシャル分布を示す概念図であ
る。
−図中、３は透明電極板、４は液晶材、５はソース領域
、５ａは表示電極、６はドレイン領域、６ａは信号電極
、７は絶縁層、８は制御ゲート電極、２０はＮ型半導体
基板、２１はＰ型ウェル領域、２２はＰ十型ウェル領域
