Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被冷却物を収容する真空槽と、該真空槽に吸気路
    を介して連通し、上記被冷却物から発生する水蒸気を凝
    縮捕集するためのコールドトラップと、該コールドトラ
    ップに排気路を介して接続され、該コールドトラップを
    通して上記真空槽内を減圧する真空ポンプと、上記コー
    ルドトララフ内の凝縮コイルに接続され、該コイルを冷
    却する冷凍機ユニットと、から成る真空冷却装置におい
    て、上記コールドトラップ周囲の冷気を上記吸気路とは
    別の通路を介して上記真空槽内に送る為、上記別の通路
    に冷風循環ファンを配設したことを特徴とする真空冷却
    装置。
  2. （２）前記真空槽内に、前記冷気を被冷却物に沿つて循
    環させる為の障壁が設けられている実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第（１）項に記載の真空冷却装置。
