Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable workers to operate without the needs to come into a trench by a method in which panel pitch bars are laid in the longitudinal direction of the trench between water-pressure jacks laid tensely between sheathing panels and guide panel is inserted between the sheathing panels in the longitudinal direction of the trench. CONSTITUTION:A water-pressure jack 12 and a panel fixing bar 20 are tensely laid on the inside walls of an excavated trench, and sheathing panels 10 facing each other are erected. In the same way, sheathing panels 10 facing each other are erected in the longitudinal direction of the trench. A panel pitch-holding bar 30 is laid between the water-pressure jacks 12 in the longitudinal direction of the trench, coupling metals 27 on both ends of the guide panel 26 are penetrated into the coupling trench 15 of the sheathing panel 10, and the guide panel 26 is tensely laid between the side ends of the sheathing panel 10. A light weight steel sheet pile 29 is then inserted into a guide frame 28 provided to the guide panel 26, and back-filling is made in the apertures between the excavated trench, the sheathing panel 10, and the light weight steel sheet pile 29.

Conventionally, in order to prevent landslides on the inner wall of the excavated trench,
In general, earth retention shoring is widely practiced in which sheet piles are built into the inner wall of an excavation trench, the facing sheet piles are placed on the sides, and struts are stretched. Since the work is carried out by personnel, it is extremely dangerous if landslides occur on the inner wall of the excavation trench during the work.

As shown in Fig. 1, this earth retention shoring device is fitted into guide rails 1 that are erected at required intervals along both sides of an excavation trench, and between guide rails 1 that are adjacent to each other on both sides of the excavation trench so as to be able to slide up and down. A rectangular frame-shaped guide frame 2, a plurality of sheet piles 3 whose longitudinal side edges are slidably engaged with each other so as to sink using the outer surface side of each guide frame 2 as a guide, and guide rails facing in the groove width direction. 1, and a support frame 5 provided on the upper outer side of the guide frame 2 to prevent the sheet piles 3 from separating outward from the guide frame 2.

When setting such an earth retaining support device in an excavated trench, the guide rails 1 facing each other are connected in advance with a spindle 4, and then the guide rails 1 are connected in advance by a crane or the like in the longitudinal direction of the excavated trench into a rectangular shape. The frame-shaped guide frame 2 is hung down and fitted, and then a few sheet piles 3 are erected by sequentially engaging their longitudinal side edges through the support frame 5 on the outer upper part of the rectangular frame-shaped guide frame 2.

However, with this earth retention shoring device, the spacing in the longitudinal direction of all the guide rail 1 excavated grooves is accurately measured on site, and then
Because it had to be set, work efficiency was poor, and the construction efficiency of the earth retaining shoring did not improve as expected. In addition, this earth retaining support device has a complicated structure of each member, has a large number of parts, and is expensive.

Next, Fig. 3a shows the earth retaining method of the present invention using each of the above members.
This will be explained using letters from e to e. Prior to trench excavation, the distance between the opposing earth retaining panels 10 connected by the hydraulic jack 12 is adjusted to the width of the trench to be excavated by appropriately expanding and contracting the hydraulic jack 12. Moreover, it is engaged with the inner surface groove 18 of this earth retaining panel 10, and the panel fixing <-20 is stretched. Furthermore, a stopper pin 17 is inserted into a bottle hole 16 at an appropriate height in the middle portion of the locking groove 15 at one end of the earth retaining panel 10. As shown in FIG. 2, this stopper bin 17 has a U-shaped base and is integrally provided with a protrusion 17 on the outer end for direct combustion. Since it protrudes inward, removal is prevented.

Now, as shown in M3Z a, use a backhoe to excavate a groove A to a predetermined depth [or, connect it to the inner wall of the end of nA with a hydraulic jack 12, and connect it to the panel fixing bar 20 near the top. The earth retaining panels 10, which are strung together and facing each other, are lowered and erected using a crane or the like. Next, Figure 3 1. As shown in Figure A, the same earth retaining panels 10 facing each other as described above are erected with a required spacing in the direction of the technique of the chick A, and are lowered and erected using a crane or the like, and the upper hydraulic jack is installed in the longitudinal direction of the groove A. As described above, in the earth retaining method of the present invention, the interval between the earth retaining panels lO in the direction of the excavation nA is such that the panel pitch holding bars 30 are mounted between the hydraulic jacks 12 connecting the earth retaining panels 10 facing each other. Since it is determined accurately by positioning the rack, there is no need to measure the set interval of earth retaining panels as in the past, and the earth retaining panels 1o, guide panels 26, and lightweight steel sheet piles 29 are set alternately in this order. The workability is extremely good, and the construction efficiency of the earth retaining method is improved. Moreover, since all of the above-mentioned work can be done on the ground, there is no need for the worker to enter the excavation trench A, making it safer.

Furthermore, in the earth retaining method of the present invention, even if a pipe C is laid across an excavated trench A as shown in FIG. By avoiding C, construction can be carried out without any problems. If the cross pipe C is located in the part of the earth retaining panel 10 that faces each other, the guide panel 26 in front of it should be made short or long so that the earth retaining panel 10 that faces oppositely faces each other. By erecting the panel 10 in a position that avoids the cross pipe C, and by reducing the depth of the light steel sheet pile 29 to be built in the position of the cross pipe C to be shallow as described above to avoid the cross pipe C, construction can be carried out without any problems. can.

Furthermore, the earth retaining method of the present invention prevents the upper part of the facing earth retaining panels 10 from moving inward when the earth retaining panels 10 connected by the hydraulic jacks 12 are erected and installed, and when being pulled up and reused after management installation. , so the hydraulic jack 12 never bends.

As detailed above, the earth retaining method of the present invention is:
Workability is good, and work is done on the ground, so construction is efficient and safe. Also, there is a cross pipe in the excavation trench, so construction can be done without any problems, and it is possible to erect or raise earth retaining panels that face each other. Since the hydraulic jack does not bend during diversion, there is an effect that there is no problem in adjusting the interval between the opposing earth retaining panels.

On the inner wall of the trench excavated to a predetermined depth, opposing earth retaining panels connected with hydraulic jacks and with panel fixing bars stretched near the top are erected, and then the required spacing is installed in the longitudinal direction of the trench. Build in the same opposing earth retaining panels as above and place a panel pitch holding bar between the hydraulic jacks in the longitudinal direction of the groove to accurately determine the longitudinal spacing of the grooves of the opposing earth retaining panels. Next, the locking fittings provided at both ends of the band-shaped guide panel are fitted into the locking grooves formed at the side ends of each earth retaining panel, and the guide panels are supported at the required height to secure the guide panels to the side ends of the earth retaining panel. Next, a lightweight steel sheet pile is inserted into the guide frame provided on each guide panel, and then the gaps between the excavation trench, earth retaining panel, and lightweight steel sheet pile are lined, and the trench excavation is continued. An earth retaining method for excavated trenches in which the above steps are repeated.
