Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液体を収納タンクの底壁面に設けられたセンサ取付は用
    部材に液密に嵌合する栓体と、該栓体に立設した支柱と
    に超音波パルスを放射する防水構造の超音波送波器と、
    放射された超音波パルスに応動して電気信号を生じる同
    じく防水構造の超音波受波器とを、これらの送波面と受
    波面が所定の距離を隔てて互いに対向するよう保持して
    なるも−のにおいて、前記超音波送波器と超音波受波器
    の保持部にダンパー材を挿設したことを特徴とする超音
    波式液面レベルセンサ。
