Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液体を収納したタンクの底壁面に設けられたセンサ取付
    は用部材に液密に嵌合する栓体と、該栓体に立設した支
    柱とに超音波パルスを放射する防水構造の超音波送波器
    と、放射された超音波パルスに応動して電気信号を生じ
    る同じく防水構造の超音波受波器とを、これらの送波面
    と受波面が所定の距離を隔てて互いに対向するよう保持
    してなるものにおいて、前記超音波送波器と超音波受波
    器のいずれか一方を他方に対し偏心させたことを特徴と
    する超音波式液面レベルセンサ。
