【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は超音波を利用して液面レベルを検出する従来装
置を説明するために挙げた概略図、第２図は先行技術に
係る液面レベルセンサをタンクに　゛取付けた態様を示
し、Ａは縦断正面図、ＢはＡ図イーイ線に沿って断面と
した平面図、第３図は本案の動作を説明するために挙げ
た概略図で、Ａは液面が所定レベルライン以上にある状
態、Ｂは液面が所定レベルライン以下にある状態を示す
。第４図及び第５図は本案の液面レベルセンサの要部を

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液体を収納したタンクの底壁面に設けられたセンサ取付
    は用部材に液密に嵌合する栓体と、該栓体に立設した支
    柱とに超音波パルスを放射する防水構造の超音波送波器
    と、放射された超音波パルスに応動して電気信号を生じ
    る同じく防水構造の超音波受波器とを、これらの送波面
    と受波面が所定の距離を隔てて互いに対向するよう保持
    してなるものにおいて、前記超音波受波器の受波面を、
    前記超音波送波器の送波面に対し傾斜させたことを特徴
    とする超音波式液面レベルセンサ。
