路７と、前記平均化回路４からの最新の液体残量の平均
値と前記平均値記憶回路７に記憶された前回の液体残量
の平均値との大小関係を比較して前者が後者を上回った
ときに制御信号を出力する比較回路８と、前記比較回路
８からの制御信号によって制御され、該制御信号が供給
されない通常時には前記平均化回路４からの最新の液体
残量の平均値を選択出力し、かつ前記制御信号の受信時
には前記平均値記憶回路７に記憶された最新の液体残量
の平均値を選択出力する切換回路９とを備え、該切換回
路９によって選択された前記平均化回路４又は前記平均
値記憶回路７からの液体残量の平均値を測定出力として
