■ By closing the exhaust valve 11 and rotating the ventilation fan 10, the lengthwise bags 5 and the heightwise bags 6 on both left and right sides of the tunnel sheet 4 are filled with air. The tunnel expands in the tunnel height direction along the space between the outer aggregate 1 and the inner aggregate 2 and closes as shown in FIG. 2 or 3. ■ Also, by stopping the ventilation fan 10 and opening the exhaust valve 11, the air that has been filled in the bags 6 in the height direction and the bags 5 in the length direction of the tunnel sheet 4 is passed through the ventilation pipe 9 for exhaust. When the tunnel sheet 4 is discharged from the valve 11, the outer aggregate 1 and the inner aggregate 2 are separated by its own weight.
The tunnel opens as shown in Figure 4.

(See Figures 2 and 3) The experimental results obtained by adding a slope to the bag 6 in the height direction in the longitudinal direction did not change. In this case, the power consumption of the sirocco fan to close the tunnel is 30
Even if the voltage of the blower fan is reduced to 1 OW after the tunnel is closed, and the power consumption is reduced to 1 OW, the tunnel will remain fully closed, so the electricity bill will be very low. ■ When the rotation of the ventilation fan 10 is stopped and the exhaust valve 11 is opened, air is passed through the ventilation pipe 9 and the bags 5 in the length direction and into the bags 6 in the height direction of the two tunnel sheets 4 on the left and right sides of the tunnel. The filled air is discharged from the exhaust valve 11, and the tunnel sheet 4 loosens and collapses into the outer aggregate 1 due to its own weight.
and the inner aggregate 2, and the tunnel was in an open state in about 7 minutes.
