Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the work for supplying lubricating oil by forming a guide hole for guiding lubricating oil onto an input shaft. CONSTITUTION:A guide hole 23 for lubricating oil is formed along the axial direction onto an input shaft 14. One edge of the guide hole 23 serves as a pressing inlet 24 for oil which is opened onto the outer surface of a transmission-side casing 19, and a plug 26 is screwed into said pressing inlet 24. The other edge of the guide hole 23 is opened onto the edge surface of a shaft on which a male spline 22 is formed. The other edge of the guide hole 23 is opened into a cover 27, and oil is introduced into the fitting part between a spline opening 12 and the male spline 22 from the above-described opening. When oil is supplied into the fitting part between the spline opening 12 and the male spline 22, oil is press- supplied from the press inlet 24 by demounting plugs 26 and 33.

The drive device and the transmission device are each assembled individually and then removably assembled. That is, the drive device described in section 2 has a drive shaft that is interlocked with the internal combustion engine, and a drive side casing that supports the drive shaft. On the other hand, the L transmission has an input shaft that is interlocked with the drive shaft, and a transmission side casing that supports the input shaft. The two casings are removably fixed, and within the two casings, the drive shaft and the manual shaft are loosely fitted into and removably by splines. By making the drive shaft and the human power shaft detachable in this manner, the ease of assembling the drive device and the transmission device is improved. Further, in order to prevent the spline fitting portion between the drive shaft and the entry shaft from being hit and worn due to torque fluctuations of the internal combustion engine, lubricating oil is applied to the spline fitting portion.

By the way, the above-mentioned spline fitting part becomes hot due to heat conduction from the internal combustion engine, and oil and fat are rapidly consumed and deteriorated.
Because rust is likely to occur, periodic oil and fat replenishment is required.

This invention was made with attention to the above points, and the drive device and the transmission device are detachably assembled, and the drive shaft of the drive device and the human power shaft of the transmission device are attached to the casing of these devices. In a power transmission mechanism spline-fitted within the input shaft, a guide hole for guiding lubricating oil to the spline fitting part is formed in the input shaft, and one end of the guide hole is a press inlet for the oil that opens to the outside. Since the other end of the guide hole is communicated with the spline fitting part of the drive shaft and input shaft, lubricating oil and fat can be applied to the spline fitting part of the drive shaft and input shaft in the power transmission mechanism. The purpose is to facilitate the work of the supply tank.

In addition, there is a first section along the axial direction in the shaft 14. Second oil passages 30 and 31 are formed. On the other hand, the end of the human power shaft 14 in the direction opposite to the I-type male spline 22 is inserted into the communication hole 32 formed in the transmission side casing 19 so as to be freely rotatable about the axis. Further, an oil supply path 29 is formed in the transmission side casing 19 and communicates with a hydraulic pump (not shown). One end of the first sleeve passage 30 communicates with the communication hole 32 and the oil supply passage 29, and the other end opens into the cylinder 17a of the friction clutch 17. The oil sent through the first oil passage 30 operates the cylinder 17a and connects the friction clutch 17. The press inlet 24 of the guide hole 23 is formed to open into the communication hole 32 when the first plug 26 is removed. Also,
A second plug 33 is removably screwed into the communication path of the communication hole 32 to the outside. When oil is to be supplied to the fitting portion between the spline hole 12 and the male spline 22, the first plug 26 and the second plug 33 are removed and the oil is press-fitted from the press port 24. On the other hand, in a normal state, the first plug 26 and the second plug 33 are screwed in, and the lubricating oil from the oil supply path 29 flows into the guide hole 23.
This prevents it from mixing with the oil and fat inside.

According to this invention, the drive device and the transmission device are detachably assembled, and the drive shaft of the drive device and the human power shaft of the transmission device are spline-fitted within the casing of these devices. In the mechanism, a guide hole for guiding lubricating oil to the spline fitting part is formed in the input shaft, one end of this guide hole is used as a press inlet for the oil that opens to the outside, and the other end of the same guide hole is used as a drive port. Since the oil and fat are communicated with the spline fitting portions of the drive shaft and the input shaft, the oil and fat can be supplied to the spline fitting portions of the drive shaft and the input shaft simply by press-fitting the oil and fat into the guide hole. Therefore, oil and fat can be supplied without disassembling both the casings of the drive device and the transmission device in which the Ml is exposed, and this supply operation is facilitated.
