伴い先端部が上記弁室内を出入するプランジャを突設し

と上記弁室とを連通ずる通路を設けるとともに、この通
路の先端に弁口を形成し、プランジャの先端部が弁室内
に突入して永久磁石と吸着したときは、ポペット弁体に
よって弁口が閉じられてインポートとエキゾーストポー
トとの間が遮断され、プランジャの先端部が弁室より引
き込んで永久磁石と離脱したときは、弁口が開放されて
インポートとエキゾーストポートとの間が開通される関
係にしてなることを特徴とする自動往復動シリンダ。
